Autowerks Training Inc. began in 2009 and founded by Bill Marden and Augie Ferron. Bill Marden and Augie Ferron are co-CEO's. Bill Marden also includes these certifications and memberships:

Autowerks Training was founded to provide expert technical and service solutions for the VW and Audi independent dealer and service facility. Autowerks Training Inc. also supplies high end tooling with scan equipment. An example would be Ross-Tech's VCDS, 85 Amp power supplies for programming and coding. The latest edition will be the Laptop based test stand exclusively for the VCDS.

Euro Systems Automotive Training Inc. ( AKA ESAT Inc.)

ESAT Inc. began in April 2006 as Systems Concepts, a private company that provided training and technical solutions for the independent VW and Audi shop owner and technician.

In August of 2006, it became necessary to incorporate. The company name changed to Euro Systems Automotive Training Inc. ESAT Inc. began an independent web and training site on June 5, 2008.
